(fea) predicate-based rendering (#16)

* [Spec Kit] Add spec, plan, and tasks for schema-driven link rendering

Derives flat-vs-grouped Markdown rendering of a node's outgoing links from
each predicate's own declared schema role (edge/link) instead of the shape
last observed when parsing, with a heading-omission case for single-
predicate bodies and byte-stable round-trip guarantees (specs/013).
