Collect pstore loop-brake recovery history from the journal

The pstore records and the systemd-pstore FILE-field logs cover the crash
backtraces, but not the markers logged on the boot *after* a crash
(wb_ramoops_panic_reset: came back from a panic / not re-arming). Add a
bounded backward-read grep for those so the panic-reset/loop-brake behaviour
is visible across recent boots, not just the current one.
