Folder<->file switching in post depending on attachments

also:
- fix delete button in other attachments
- add missing fallback extension in updatePost
- createPost now responds with created post's relative path

todo:
- same for page and home
- switch editor to update mode once a node is created
- return proper error responses when anything fails, instead of passing
node.js errors
- investigate if manual attachment deletion affects server state (still
counting it as existing?)
