Added [docs_api_reference.py](/Users/haroldmartin/Downloads/pyldraw3/docs_api_reference.py), which reads ldraw.__all__, resolves each export to its canonical mkdocstrings identifier, and emits ::: ... directives with show_root_heading: true.
Reduced [docs/api/index.md](/Users/haroldmartin/Downloads/pyldraw3/docs/api/index.md) to a single generated API page.
Removed the hand-maintained docs/api/public.md, models.md, parts.md, lines.md, and utilities.md.
Updated [zensical.toml](/Users/haroldmartin/Downloads/pyldraw3/zensical.toml) to enable the macros plugin and simplify API nav to one page.
