broke the static import cycle...
by moving BoundingBox and StudReference into [ldraw/part_geometry_types.py](/Users/haroldmartin/Downloads/pyldraw3/ldraw/part_geometry_types.py), then updated [ldraw/part_geometry.py](/Users/haroldmartin/Downloads/pyldraw3/ldraw/part_geometry.py), [ldraw/parts.py](/Users/haroldmartin/Downloads/pyldraw3/ldraw/parts.py), and [ldraw/__init__.py](/Users/haroldmartin/Downloads/pyldraw3/ldraw/__init__.py) to use the neutral module while preserving compatibility imports.
added import-order/public API regression coverage in [tests/test_public_api.py](/Users/haroldmartin/Downloads/pyldraw3/tests/test_public_api.py) and added a Semgrep guard in [.semgrep.yml](/Users/haroldmartin/Downloads/pyldraw3/.semgrep.yml) to prevent module-level ldraw.parts <-> ldraw.part_geometry imports from coming back
