- Final checkpoint verdict: NO-PASS on governance grounds.
- All done criteria empirically green (check 0/0, vitest 141, chromium
  106/0, firefox+webkit 32/0), but SvelteVirtualChat.svelte changed
  46 lines vs the plan's ~15-line STOP budget, and shipped an
  unauthorized messageShape identity system + shrink-grow smooth
  suppression + de-reactified #heights beyond Strategy A.
- No PR opened; snapshot 5e0fb25 stays unmerged pending operator ruling.

Operator accepted the executed fix as-is at the final gate. Guard amends
the plan accordingly:
- Dated Revision note blessing the messageShape in-place identity
  invalidation strategy.
- Supersede the ~15-line SvelteVirtualChat.svelte STOP budget.
- Re-stamp Planned at f47c3f6 -> 6b7fcc8; update batch README row.
