docs: slim CLAUDE.md + root README to northstar — migrate prose to wiki/staging, drop DI-legacy + Kconfig table, fix identity, add interim routing (#781)

further slims CLAUDE.md: collapse the 7 convention sections (portability,
API, layout, header visibility/coupling, embedding assets, portable timing,
timer callback) into a single terse Conventions shim, one enforceable
one-liner per rule with lint-id + wiki-anchor links; full detail moves to
breadboard.wiki/Conventions.md, Arduino-specific component behavior stages
to Component-Notes-Staging.md.

rewrite the Conventions shim into a pure pointer index (no restated rule
prose) and add a `## Documentation workflow` section capturing the
one-home-per-fact map (rule -> lint, rationale -> wiki, behavior/API/knobs
-> generated README regions + author-set sections, narrative -> wiki
component page); swap the retired `kconfig-default-mismatch` lint id for
`kconfig-bridge-shadow` (merged to main in #780); point to new wiki page
breadboard.wiki/Component-Docs.md for the full authoring/sync guide; repoint
two source comments off the now-removed CLAUDE.md heading to the wiki
Conventions anchor.

add a gated `## Optional tooling (if installed)` section (pogopin only,
explicitly optional — the project builds/tests with plain ESP-IDF/PlatformIO
and assumes no extra tools); strip the private-KB (ouroboros) doc-home
reference from `### Documentation routing`, repointing internal
rationale/process/decisions to the wiki; make `## Documentation workflow`
honest that today's generated-README is a marker-region hybrid with
author-set sections, pending the fully-generated target tracked as B1-717.
