Add comprehensive tests for bot modules

Add an extensive suite of Vitest unit tests covering commands, database, events, helpers, modlog, scheduler, and verification logic. New tests include setup command behavior, DB schema/migrations and helpers (db, guildConfig, pendingVerifications, auditLog), event handlers (guildCreate, guildMemberAdd, interactionCreate, messageCreate, messageReactionAdd, ready), helper utilities (moduleCache, tempDb), modlog embeds/logic, scheduler sweeper, and verification flows (captcha, honeypot, quarantine, flow). Also update riskAssessment.test.js. These tests improve coverage and validate edge cases, error handling, and migration/idempotency behaviors.
