fix: Keep dark combobox face dark on hover

A readonly ttk.Combobox in the clam theme paints its visible face (behind the
text and arrow) with the style's background rather than fieldbackground. Only
fieldbackground was themed, so clam lightened the face to its default on the
hover/active/pressed states, flashing a pale button in dark mode while the
dropdown expanded.

Theme the TCombobox background with a default plus a hover/active/pressed
state map (and arrowcolor states) so the readonly selectors stay dark on
hover in dark mode and get a subtle hover tint in light mode.
