Restore deprecated apb3/apb4 interface import paths (0.7.0b6)

Beta 6 of the 0.7.0 series. Highlights since 0.7.0b5:

- Fix: cpuif.apb3.apb3_interface / cpuif.apb4.apb4_interface import
  paths (APB3/APB4 SV+Flat interface classes) work again as
  deprecation shims; they were dropped without migration in the #66
  cpuif merge and broke downstream imports in 0.7.0b4/b5 (#79).
- Docs: --clk-src, --gate-signals, --apb-buffer, and --parametrize
  documented in the CLI reference; new Clock and Reset section (#77).
- Tests: unroll regression suite expanded from 4 to 42 tests (#78).
