Fix factual errors in documentation

Correct several doc claims that contradicted the implementation:

- stats feature: it pulls in no extra crate (only a Windows OS-library
  link); mock/tracing/record are the features that add crates. Fix
  README, docs/upgrading.md, AGENTS.md and Cargo.toml comments to match
  the authoritative lib.rs prose.
- Streamed timeout: the deadline is enforced on shared-group handles too
  (pid-based kill), not only own-group handles. Fix README and
  docs/streaming.md.
- Readiness probes: wait_for/wait_for_port background-drain and discard
  stdout/stderr; they do touch the pipes. Fix README.
- wait_for_line consumes stdout, so no further streaming is possible
  afterward. Fix docs/streaming.md.
- Raw ProcessGroup::spawn overwrites (not OR's) caller creation flags on
  Windows. Fix docs/platform-support.md.
- A one-shot-stdin command is not retried at all; there is no failing
  second attempt. Fix docs/timeouts-and-cancellation.md.
- README CliClient wrapper: make head() pub to match the canonical
  docs/testing.md example.
