feat(plugin): node bootstrap installer (install+validate+repair), uniform tar.gz archives, drop install.sh (#88)

- replace bash install.sh with a single pure-node bootstrap.js (no npm deps)
- SessionStart validate/repair: installs the binary (dev/local/GitHub-release
  precedence, SHA256-verified, atomic install) and validates the binary and
  hook scripts are on disk, repairing when broken
- goreleaser: uniform tar.gz archives across all platforms (drop darwin zip
  format_override), matching pogopin's convention
- dropped zip extraction handling (extractZipEntry, zip/tar dispatch) now
  that all release archives are tar.gz
