feat(MP-2947): roll out Almost Funded next step, remove lending stat experiment (#7042)

* feat: [MP-2947] - roll out Almost Funded next step, remove lending stat experiment

Concludes the mykiva_lending_next_steps A/B experiment: roll out the winning
"Almost Funded" next step, drop the "Country Collecting" next step, and keep the
2-tile lending stats card as the fallback. Implemented as a minimal diff that
drops only the experiment flag and keeps the surrounding conditions.

Experiment removal
- Remove enrollment, the SSR prefetch, and the lendingNextStepsVariant prop
  chain from MyKivaPage, MyKivaPageContent, LendingStats, and
  MyKivaNextStepsContent (the variant computed is dropped).

Almost Funded rollout
- Almost Funded stays a JourneyCardCarousel slide (slide.isAlmostFunded),
  injected via the showLendingNextStepsCards prop. A showAlmostFunded flag
  (default true) rolls it out; set it false to fall back to the 2-tile card.
- Shown to all non-post-lending lenders, including superlenders, matching the
  live experiment; post-lending lenders keep the 2-tile lending stats card.
- /mykiva: the goal + Almost Funded carousel replaces the 2-tile card, which
  stays as the flag-off fallback.
- /mykiva/next-steps: the 2-tile region card stays in the "Next steps
  recommended for you" row; Almost Funded renders at its natural single-column
  width in the "Keep your impact going" section.

Country Collecting removal
- Delete the CountryCollectingNextStep component + spec, its carousel slot and
  injection, and the now-unused regionsData prop and util slot count.

Tests & stories
- Update the LendingStats and MyKivaNextStepsContent specs to the new behavior
  with eligible / post-lending / superlender / post-lending-superlender
  coverage, and assert the next-steps card keeps its natural width.
- Rename the carousel stories to AlmostFunded*.
