DlgTrackInfoMulti: show progress dialog when writing metadata on close

There is now a simple modal progress dialog when (after) batch-editing many tracks with DlgTrackInfoMulti.

Applying changes stalls the GUI (main thread), because if DlgTrackInfoMulti was the last instance holding the
TrackPointers it just manipulated, GlobalTrackCache triggers metadata sync -- which might take quite some time
for many tracks, especially if export to files is enabled (and you have big files or just slow disk I/O)
