refactor: collapse bb_wifi_creds seam; bb_wifi reads bb_settings directly (#779)

- delete components/bb_wifi_creds and platform/host/bb_wifi_creds (provider
  seam, KB 806): bb_settings is bb's opinionated bb-config authority, so
  the substitutability premise behind the provider indirection is gone.
- add direct accessors to bb_settings: bb_settings_wifi_ssid_get,
  bb_settings_wifi_pass_get, bb_settings_wifi_has_creds (KB 805) -- same
  bb_config field table, same NVS ns/keys, byte-compat unchanged.
- bb_wifi's live-creds connect path and autoinit has-creds gate call
  bb_settings directly; bb_wifi_set_creds_provider() removed.
- bb_wifi CMakeLists REQUIRES bb_settings instead of bb_wifi_creds.
- smoke example drops the provider-injection call and bb_wifi_creds dep.
