feat(SkyController): new simple sky mode, improvements and bug fixes (#2790)

- feat(sunlight): improve sunlight system with forceDaytime, sunlight cutoff, shadows, and ambient lighting fallback
- refactor(sky): split sky management between SkyController and SimpleSky
- fix(sky): improve aerial perspective and move clipping updates to the view
- fix(3dtiles): use matte materials for tile meshes and notify camera updates for the date widget
- fix(debug): remove legacy atmosphere references and make the debug camera independent of sky effects
- feat(example): unify realistic lighting controls across examples
- fix(example): disable realistic lighting by default, reduce default SSE, and remove obsolete visibility logic
- chore: general cleanup, interface fixes, and linting
