feat(go): prefix/autocomplete postings for the RRTI term reader

PrefixPostings/SearchPrefix/Complete on *TermIndex range-read only the dict
blocks spanning the prefix (single resident router walk, early stop past the
prefix range) and union heads before tails, mirroring the Rust reader's
search_prefix_capped/complete incl. the 2048-term cap and truncated flag.
CLI: get --prefix P [--terms N]. Task 078.
