Centralize bigint carriers in crate::bigint (#93)

Every bignum type krabitls instantiates is now named in one module, by
role (Curve25519VerifyBn/Curve25519CtBn, RsaU1024/RsaU2048/RsaSignBn)
with the vartime-vs-CT rationale attached — trying a different bigint
backend becomes a one-file starting point. Pure alias moves: M3 RSA
.text byte-identical (69248), QEMU ACCEPT (Bug-2 zone unperturbed).
