Make encryption tests independent of the zlib implementation

CPython 3.14+ on Windows uses zlib-ng, which produces different (but
valid) compressed bytes than classic zlib, so the encrypted output no
longer matches the reference files byte-by-byte. Compare against the
reference files only under classic zlib, and always verify that the
encrypted output decrypts back to the original database. Also drop the
temporary output files, the tests never read them back.
