Close key file stream so Windows can delete the file

KeyFactory.from_file left the key file stream open; javaobj holds
references to it, so the handle outlived the function until garbage
collection. On Windows an open handle blocks deletion, making test
cleanup fail with WinError 32 and cascading into later tests.
