fix: remove unused ty suppression that fails typecheck CI (#73)

The restore-side assignment in RdlParameterExtractor.trace() no longer
trips ty's invalid-assignment rule, so the directive is flagged as
unused and fails CI (same class of fix as #70). Introduced to main via
the #64 merge, whose CI run predated the stricter check.
