feat: preflight arch check for flash_external binaries (#35)

- exec.LookPath the flasher command; missing binary is a clear hard error
- detect binary arch via debug/macho|elf|pe headers, mapped to GOARCH strings
- warn (not fatal) on rosetta-runnable amd64-on-arm64-darwin binaries
- unparseable/unknown headers (e.g. shell-script wrappers) proceed without blocking
- fat/universal mach-o binaries proceed when any embedded arch matches host
- add table-driven tests for arch mapping, mismatch decision logic, and preflight
