feat: heap baseline line — bb_meminfo formatter + bb_timer shared-runner emit (serial) (#766)

- add bb_meminfo_format(): pure snprintf formatter for a compact HEAP-ONLY
  diagnostic line (internal free/min/largest, spiram free, dma free,
  esp_min_free_heap), identical on host and ESP-IDF
- add host test coverage for the formatter (null args, known snapshot,
  truncation)
- wire a bb_timer MODE-A deferred-periodic job (shared bb_timer_disp task,
  no dedicated task) in examples/floor and examples/smoke: emits a boot
  line immediately, then the same line every 5s
- examples/floor: replace the ad-hoc while(1) heap-log loop with the
  bb_timer job + bb_meminfo_format, keeping floor hand-wired
- regenerate examples/floor's autowire component fragment (bb_timer added)
