* docs: document AXI4-Lite per-slave back-pressure limitation (#59)

The AXI4-Lite adapter accepts AW/W/AR unconditionally on VALID and forwards
BVALID/RVALID straight through from the selected slave, never consuming
downstream *READY or honoring the CPU's BREADY/RREADY delay. Document this
as a known limitation in the AXI4-Lite cpuif docs (cross-linked from the
general limitations page) and note it in the AXI4LiteCpuifFlat docstring.

* fix: remove unused ty suppression that fails typecheck CI

The DesignState changes merged in #68 made the blanket `# ty: ignore`
on the constructor call unnecessary; ty now reports it as an unused
suppression and the typecheck workflow fails on main and every PR
branched from it.
