fix: make the mobile account dashboard fill the viewport (#669)

On mobile, /account rendered the dashboard sidebar as a content-height
card floating at the top of the screen, leaving the page gradient (and
the footer) exposed below it. Figma 776:69124 specs a full-screen menu:
the panel reaches the bottom edge and the Delete/Logout group pins to
the bottom.

AccountLayoutRoot is now a flex column and the index dashboard drops
the resting bottom padding ($dashboard variant); the sidebar grows to
fill the leftover viewport height below md, edge to edge. Desktop and
the mobile section-detail screens are unchanged.
