* feat(ci): deploy imageTag bump via PR instead of direct push

Opens a squash-merged PR on the infra repo per deploy so each
environment bump has a GitHub-revertible audit trail.

* fix(ci): address deploy PR review — rebase merge, retry loop, rollback branch

* fix(_deploy): idempotent push and resilient merge-SHA capture

B: push --force so workflow re-runs on a failed deploy don't fail on
      a pre-existing deploy branch (ephemeral, single-writer).

D: retry gh pr view mergeCommit.oid up to 5x (2 s apart); fall back
      to origin/main HEAD if the API still returns null — prevents an
      empty SHA reaching git revert.

A: soften GPG comment to accurately reflect the fast-forward vs
      server-side-rebase distinction; end-to-end verify still required.

* fix(_deploy): harden rebase failure, SHA retry, and fallback lookup

G: replace origin/main HEAD fallback with git log --grep on the
   commit title — immune to concurrent unrelated deploys on infra repo.
   Hard-fail if SHA still not found rather than silently misidentifying.

H: rename loop variable i → attempt for consistency with merge-retry.

I: abort partial rebase state on conflict and surface the open PR URL
   in the error message instead of leaving an implicit rebase in progress.
