feat(deploy): add install.sh pre-Claude bootstrap script

The companion to the archon-noderunner skill. Operator runs this on a fresh
Ubuntu VPS via:

    curl -fsSL https://4tress.org/install.sh | bash

The script:
- Verifies Ubuntu 22.04+ and passwordless sudo
- Installs git, curl, ca-certificates
- Installs Node.js LTS via NodeSource
- Installs Claude Code globally (@anthropic-ai/claude-code)
- Shallow-clones archon into ~/archon
- Symlinks deploy/claude-skill/archon-noderunner into ~/.claude/skills/
- Prints next-steps: run claude, auth via URL, then /archon-noderunner install

deploy/install.sh is the canonical source. https://4tress.org/install.sh is
served by gondor's caddy as a mirror for the pre-Claude bootstrap URL — kept
in sync manually on merge until we automate.

README.md updated to point at the in-repo path alongside the URL.
