fix(deploy/noderunner): drop redundant add-tor stage — tor ships with drawbridge

The tor service lives in docker/compose/drawbridge.yml with profiles: ["drawbridge"],
so stage 0 (which already enables the drawbridge profile) brings up Tor SOCKS with
the correct 127.0.0.1:9050 binding via ARCHON_TOR_SOCKS_PORT. A separate add-tor
subcommand would be a no-op.

- Remove stages/add-tor.md
- Remove add-tor entries from SKILL.md's subcommand list and README.md's stage table
- Move the 127.0.0.1 open-proxy warning + issue #589 reference into a new
  "What stage 0 already includes" section in SKILL.md, alongside a note about
  drawbridge's onion hostname and preferring clearnet advertising via
  ARCHON_DRAWBRIDGE_PUBLIC_HOST.
