fix(storage): preserve sortBy defaults when list() receives partial sortBy (#1084)

StorageFileApi.list() replaced the entire default SearchOptions when any
options were provided, so a caller passing only SortBy(column:) or
SortBy(order:) silently dropped the other field instead of falling back
to the "name"/"asc" defaults. Deep-merge sortBy against the defaults
before encoding, matching supabase-js's fix in commit 42b7bbc.
