refactor(daemon): drop legacy ~/.neokai data directory support (#2235)

* refactor(daemon): drop legacy ~/.neokai data directory support

Remove the symlink migration and legacy-fallback behavior from
packages/daemon/src/lib/data-dir.ts. The daemon now uses only
~/.hyperneo. Update QueryOptionsBuilder to stop allow-listing the
legacy ~/.neokai path, and remove the corresponding legacy tests.

* refactor(daemon): drop legacy .neokai-repo-root worktree sentinel

Remove the pre-rebrand .neokai-repo-root sentinel fallback from
worktree-path-utils.ts and the corresponding tests. Project dirs now
only use the .hyperneo-repo-root sentinel.
