docs(grouper): end-to-end custom Grouper flow snippet

Add a prose + code snippet to the getting-started guide walking the full custom
(bring-your-own bearing results) Grouper flow: build CustomBearingResults ->
create_grouper_payload_from_bearing_results -> get_groups_api_result ->
GrouperResults.from_grouper_response -> CasesGrouperResults + viewers ->
create_grouper_report_payload / get_groups_api_report, plus the optional Tier-2 step
(attach a SoilProperties to unlock the per-CPT overview plot). Uses the public exported
names; not a runnable notebook and no new section in the grouper notebook.
