fix: restore queryBuilder test mocks lost in merge with main

The auto-merge kept main's simplified connection-based setUp() for
registerIdentifier tests but left the two new retention tests calling
$this->queryBuilder, which no longer existed. Restores queryBuilder/
expressionBuilder mocking alongside the connection mock, and fixes the
import style flagged by php-cs-fixer.
