Commit Message

ci: adopt shared jhheider/rust-ci workflows (#46)

Replace check-and-lint.yaml + test.yml + audit.yml + style.yaml with thin
callers into jhheider/rust-ci@v1 (reusable ci/audit/style). Keeps edikt's
3-OS matrix and coverage via the shared workflow's defaults/inputs, and drops
the redundant `cargo check` job (clippy --all-targets is its superset).
release.yml is left in place for a dedicated release-migration pass.
