test(testutil): add shared compiler pipeline test harness

Introduce internal/testutil for shared logger, module-root, parse, assert,
and fixture helpers, with typechecker and transformergo harness entry points
for Typecheck and MustCompileGo to avoid import cycles.

Migrate providers, snippet, golden, go interop, example-tree, and benchmark
tests onto the harness and remove duplicated parse/typecheck wiring. Add
stem coverage for unify_typeguard and providers_scope, LSP test fixtures, and
TypeChecker.SamePackageGoLoaded for mixed Go/Forst module tests.
