Bump minimum supported Trick and JEOD versions (#32)

We need to step up to Trick 25.1.0 to pull in Trick's bug fix for
Trickified code being placed in the wrong Python module. Eventually
we'll place all of our code into the "trick.cml" module and it'll be
best if users don't have to worry about different behavior if they're
using an out-of-date Trick version.

We also need to update our JEOD version because that new Trick version
doesn't support C++11 and JEOD 5.4.1 finally stops enforcing the C++11
standard during the Trickified JEOD build.

One verification data file changed due to a JEOD update which alters
the way a non-orthogonal transformation matrix is modified to ensure
an orthogonal basis.
