fix: theme the sidebar disclosure triangle so it tracks the theme, not system appearance (#152)

the disclosure triangle is drawn by NSOutlineView from the view's NSAppearance, which followed the macOS system light/dark setting instead of the terminal theme (a light theme under macOS dark mode drew an invisible light triangle). pin the outline appearance to the theme brightness, classifying the tint-washed sidebar color the triangle actually sits on. host-free ThemeBrightness classifier in agtermCore, unit-tested.
