3.2.0: generalized cell-type annotator (#322)

Supersedes CD4/CD8-only phenotype with a general per-cluster annotator (annotate_cells): background-subtracted signature argmax over CELL_TYPE_SIGNATURES with biology-aware gates (Treg=FOXP3, gd=TRDC-only, MAIT=SLC4A10+KLRB1, NK-vs-CD8). classify_tcell_type kept as a shim; tumor/CTA out of scope. Closes #312.
