fix: unreadable selected session label on light themes (light:/dark: theme form) (#146)

* fix: resolve theme light:/dark: form for sidebar selection colors

resolveSelectionColors used the raw theme value as a theme-file name, so the light:X,dark:Y auto-switch form never matched a file: selection colors stayed nil and the selected sidebar row fell back to a white wash + white text, unreadable on light themes. Resolve the active variant for the current appearance (new host-free ThemeName.resolved) before the theme-file lookup.

* fix: only resolve theme light:/dark: form when both sides present

Reject one-sided (dark:X) and empty (light:,dark:X) variants — treat them as a plain name instead of applying a half-resolved theme that could disagree with ghostty or yield an empty theme-file name.
