* docs(postgrest): add code examples to all filter methods and address review comments

- Add swift code examples to all filter methods in PostgrestFilterBuilder
  (containedBy, rangeLt, rangeGt, rangeGte, rangeLte, rangeAdjacent, fts,
  isDistinct, likeAllOf, likeAnyOf, iLikeAllOf, iLikeAnyOf, imatch)
- Fix eq() abstract to use em dash instead of "because"

* docs(postgrest): fix British spellings and add inline cspell ignores for tech terms
