Add doc(hidden) constructors for the remaining non-exhaustive Error variants

Exit/Timeout/Signalled already had insulated pub fn constructors so
external ProcessRunner test doubles and cassette replay code could build
them despite #[non_exhaustive]; Spawn, NotFound and Stdin had no such path
and could not be constructed outside the crate at all. Adds spawn,
not_found and stdin (doc-hidden, mirroring the existing three) plus a
documented public parse constructor for external output parsers that need
to build Error::Parse directly.
