docs(supabase): add DocC documentation to SupabaseClient public API (#1055)

* revert: exclude release.yml change from docs PR

The v3 branch addition belongs to the CI commit on main, not this docs PR.

* chore: add swift-docc skill to project-level Claude config

* docs(supabase): fix British spelling in SupabaseClientOptions doc comment

* docs(storage): fix British spellings in Storage doc comments

Spell checker uses en-US; convert British variants from the storage
docs PR to American English and add three legitimate technical terms
(hostnames, letterboxing, lkmo DocC hash) to dictionary.txt.

* docs(storage): use inline cspell:ignore for DocC hash suffix in Types.swift

* chore(cspell): move single-location tokens from dictionary to inline ignores

- nawailas/ndragarcia/nkiwicopple/nsupabot: \n-escape artifacts in one
  CSV snapshot line → inline cspell:ignore on that line
- rpiacent: one-off GitHub handle in a single comment → inline cspell:ignore

* chore(cspell): restore \n-escape tokens to dictionary, not inline

Inline cspell:ignore inside a raw snapshot string changes the snapshot
value and breaks the integration test. Dictionary is the right place.
