chore(deps): bump golang.org/x/crypto and x/net to patch vulnerabilities

Upgrade golang.org/x/crypto v0.46.0 => v0.53.0 and golang.org/x/net
v0.47.0 => v0.56.0 (with transitive x/sys, x/text, x/term, x/sync) to
clear the high/critical image-scan findings, chiefly in the x/crypto
SSH path. govulncheck reports no remaining vulnerabilities.
