docs: assorted README + CONTRIBUTING polish

- Note that Assumptions/limits are implementation-specific, not algorithmic.
- Trim rounding-dust bullet to essentials; state pool-favoring truncation
  and existing 1e-16 test tolerance.
- Add Import subsection covering the Solidity import path across Foundry
  and npm toolchains.
- Switch integration example's pre-hooks to `SafeCast.toUint128` so raw
  `uint128(x)` truncation cannot silently corrupt accounting.
- Use `forge install` for dependency sync in README + CONTRIBUTING
  instead of raw `git submodule` commands.
