Commit Message

Rework protoenum accessors to comma-ok, add ListEnums, trim docs

GetByX and GetByXFallbackDefault now hand back a value plus an ok flag; GetDefault does too.
NewEnums now panics on a missing element and on a duplicate, matching enum.
Add ListEnums and ListNonDefaultEnums to reach the Enum descriptors.
Trim the doc comments to concise, plain prose.
