Drop fs-extra in favor of native fs (#72)

Closes #71

- index.js: replace fs-extra with a small outputFile helper built on
  fs/promises (mkdir recursive + writeFile), mirroring node-website-scraper#608
- tests: switch to native fs and use fs.rmSync instead of fs.removeSync
- package.json: remove fs-extra from dependencies
