Add IntoCommand impl for &[S; N]

A reference to a fixed-size array does not unsize-coerce to &[S] in a
generic-parameter position, so client.run(&args) with args: [&str; N]
required a manual &args[..]. Add the missing IntoCommand (and matching
sealed::Sealed) impl for &[S; N], purely additive alongside the existing
[S; N], Vec<S>, and &[S] impls.
