feat(perf-chart): package-size panel + linear twins (release 5.160.0)

Replace the per-shape heap-footprint panel with a single package-size line
(summed raw dist-bundle bytes, from each run's scaling.json bundles block), and
add a linear-scale twin beneath every log panel: linear axis padded 10% of the
data span, windowed to the most recent 30 versions. Pairs lay out in the 2-wide
grid with the inter-pair gap doubled. --comment mode publishes and embeds both
twins. Log panels are byte-identical for unchanged data.

Version bump to 5.160.0 + full build artifacts.
