docs(eras): WP-6 §3+§4 dragon expansions complete — 3/3 DECIDED sections done

Increment 14. colors.maximal.ts (§4) + numeric.maximal.ts (§3) written, probed
against the parser, green. Dragon suite now 33 tests / 4 files. The three DECIDED
6.0 dragon §-expansions (§3/§4/§6) are done. Remaining WP-6: the CI lane (edits
nodejs.yml — to review as a diff) and /sc-commit as one 5.158.x patch.
