Bump version to 0.4.1

Byte-trait alignment additions (FromByteSlice + &FixedUInt ToBytes)
are additive but ship new public API surface, so bump minor pre-1.0.
Tagged as v0.4.1-alpha.1 for downstream (rsa/new_reduce,
ed25519_heapless) to depend on while the alignment prototype is
validated across the workspace.
