test(examples): add task examples:update-goldens for Go golden refresh

Add TestUpdateExamplesGoldens and compileExampleForGolden, an isolated
per-file emit path that avoids module-wide Providers merging pulling every
package main type into single-file goldens. Wire UPDATE_EXAMPLES_GOLDENS
into existing per-example UPDATE_* env vars and add a Taskfile task that
regenerates and verifies all examples/out goldens.

Align tictactoe and providers merged-package tests with the same isolated
emit helper; tictactoe honors exportStructFields from ftconfig.json.
Refresh committed goldens (json tags removed on default struct fields,
tictactoe exported fields with tags) and document the workflow in
examples README files.
